Grapeseed is the most neutral oil that you can probably get.

And grapeseed oil burns at a higher temperature, lower temperature than olive oil or canola oil?

So this is just grapeseed oil.

You could do this in a grapeseed oil, which is a neutral oil with a much higher smoke point.

You'll notice that some of the recipes use grapeseed oil.

So ideally, I use grapeseed oil for flavoring, making flavored oils.
