How to pronounce“angle bracket”in English

It said VMS angle bracket as I recall.

Instead of sending the angle bracket, you send an ampersand, and then "lt" for less than, and then a semicolon. And that means, when the user actually reads it, it will become an angle bracket.

And like they leave out a slash and they leave out an angle bracket and they do this and they do that and it's still works.
